Assumptions
Law firm has the necessary licensing and permissions for uploaded documents client data.
Users will have access to internet.
The client has Azure cloud infrastructure and similar security policies for seamless migration.
Azure OpenAI comes pre-trained and will not need too much fine-tuning.
Client will accept Azure's 48-hour retentions policy of anonymized data till purge to ensure no harmful or malice requests are made to the AI (Data, privacy, and security for Azure AI Language - Azure AI services | Microsoft Learn).
Users are assumed to be reasonably familiar with basic IT skills, including uploading documents and interacting with web-based applications.
Uploaded documents will primarily be in common formats such as PDF and DOCX, and will be structured in a way that can be effectively processed by the AI and Document Intelligence services.
It is assumed that Azure services, including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Document Intelligence, will have high availability and minimal downtime.
The law firm will adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory requirements for data handling and processing, including GDPR and POPIA.
The client's IT department will provide necessary support for integrating and troubleshooting the Azure infrastructure and related services.
